The International Civil Service Commission held its ninety-fifth session from 20 to 31 March 2023 in New York. The meeting was attended by all 15 Commission members in person. As usual, there were human resources representatives from some 29 common system organizations and representatives from the three staff federations and from some observer organizations attending the session.
The Commission deliberated on a number of items such as Post Adjustment issues, the jurisdictional set-up of the United Nations common system, the amendments to its Statute which had been approved by the General Assembly, the comprehensive review of the compensation package, a progress report of the revision of the standards of conduct for the international civil service, a progress report on the revision of the framework for human resources management as well as on a number of field allowances.
